Strategic acquisition of FRESHBOX s.r.o.

We have completed yet another successful acquisition. A new addition to our portfolio is a small Brno-based company with huge potential.
Our VENDEAVOUR SICAV Group has thus acquired a stable company focusing on ready-made food production and delivery in the Brno area. FRESHBOX has been operating in the food segment since 2017 and it engages in the preparation and delivery of healthy and light lunches to companies and households in the surrounding area. Meals are prepared using only fresh and premium ingredients with no frying, preservatives and chemical additives.
We would like to involve this company in our long-planned food projects.
