Entry of a new founder

Today, based on an ordinary decision, the General Meeting of AMAP Private Equity Fund SICAV a.s. appointed new members to the Fund’s Board of Directors. Viktor Růžička has become the Chairman of the Board, and Pavel Kudlík and Petr Pelikán have become members of the Board.

MUDr. Viktor Růžička the founder and majority owner of the Vendeavour holding (more at www.vendeavour.cz), is also becoming the sole holder of the Fund's founding shares.
